Welcome to PTAA

Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy (PTAA) provides a unique and innovative, tuition-free K-8 Public Charter School option for residents in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Our school will be opening August 2024.  PTAA's goal is to make education better, relevant, rigorous and enjoyable for our scholars. With our focused engineering, technology and arts integrated curriculum, PTAA offers the best in STEAM education across all of our campuses.  Our scholars "Love What they Learn."

Our Mission:

The mission of Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy (PTAA) is to inspire and engage all students through an inquiry-based STEAM curriculum that emphasizes creativity, critical thinking skills, collaboration and innovation.  PTAA graduates will have the skills and knowlege to earn advanced degrees, securing fulfilling positions in STEM/STEAM professions and become international leaders.  PTAA believes that with an early exposure and strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics, our students will have a life-long interest in these fields which is the critical element in creating a strong workforce.
